Speaking with PEOPLE at the premiere of the movie Frosted about his approach to directorial duties, Jerry says,

You don’t want to think about that this is a really big, important job. Like, the pilot never wants to come on the PA system and go, ‘I’m going to try and get this plane in the air.’

You have to be confident.”
